This website does not accept payments or deposits. Preparing or sending an estimate inquiry does not purchase a service or commit you to a project, so there is no website transaction to refund.
Work arranged separately
Cancellation, deposit, and refund questions for booked work depend on your written agreement and applicable law. No universal deposit percentage, cancellation fee, or refund timetable has been adopted on this page. Ask for the applicable terms before paying or authorizing work. This page does not impose a blanket “non-refundable” rule.
Request a cancellation or discuss a refund
Contact orta@aztecrc.com or 314-368-0102 and identify your project or agreement. For a time-sensitive statutory cancellation, follow the written notice and delivery instructions in your agreement and applicable law; do not rely only on this estimate form or an unanswered phone call. Keep copies of your notice and evidence of when it was sent.
Rights that may apply in Missouri
Certain home-solicitation sales have cancellation rights under Missouri law and the FTC’s Cooling-Off Rule. Coverage, exceptions, and the counting of business days differ. Read your cancellation notice and the official guidance linked below.
For qualifying roofing or exterior contracts funded by property insurance, Missouri §407.725 provides a cancellation window after written denial of all or part of the claim. It also requires contract notices and addresses returning payments, with a limited exception for acknowledged emergency services. A website policy does not replace those required documents.
